Terms of Service
Last updated: 16 October 2026 · Italiano
These terms are the agreement between you and Michele Fiori, an individual based in Italy who develops and runs the mobile game Block Miner Tycoon ("the game", "we"). Contact: [email protected]. By playing you accept these terms. How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
1. Who can play
The game is not directed at children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, play only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms for you.
2. Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and play the game for your own non-commercial entertainment. The game, its code, artwork, music and names belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, sell, rent or redistribute the game, or decompile or modify it, except where the law allows it regardless of these terms. Block Miner Tycoon is an independent game and is not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft.
3. Your account
You can play as a guest or with a Unity account. A guest account lives on your device: if you uninstall the game without linking it, you may lose access to it. Keep your device and account secure; what happens in your account is your responsibility unless it happened without your fault. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account.
4. Virtual currencies and items
Gold, Blocks, Emeralds, chests, managers, cards and every other item in the game are a limited licence to use content inside the game. They are not money and not property, have no value outside the game, cannot be exchanged for real money, goods or services, and cannot be sold or transferred to other people except through features the game itself offers. We may change how they work, their prices or their balance to keep the game fair and fun. Items in an account are lost when the account is deleted.
5. Purchases
The game is free to play. If we add in-app purchases, they will go through your app store (for example Google Play), which handles payment under its own terms; the price is shown before you confirm. Purchases are final and not refundable except where the law or the store's policy says otherwise.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, such as virtual currency or items, the game asks for your express consent to receive it right away and your acknowledgement that you then lose the right of withdrawal. Your legal rights if the content is faulty or not supplied stay unaffected.
6. Fair play
Do not:
- use cheats, hacks, modified clients, bots, macros, scripts or any automation to play;
- exploit bugs: report them to us instead;
- access our servers or API other than through the game, overload them, or try to read other players' data;
- create several accounts to gain an advantage in raids, guilds, gifts or leaderboards;
- buy, sell or trade accounts or items for real money;
- harass other players.
If you break these rules we may, depending on how serious it is, remove progress or items gained unfairly, remove you from leaderboards or social features, suspend your account or close it for good. You can write to us if you think we made a mistake.
7. Names and other content you create
Your in-game name, guild names and messages are visible to other players. They must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, threatening or illegal, impersonate someone else, contain personal data such as phone numbers or addresses, or advertise anything. We may change or remove content that breaks these rules. You let us show the content you create inside the game for as long as it is there. To report a player, write to [email protected].
8. Availability and changes to the game
The game is online: it needs an internet connection and our servers. It is in active development, and we may update it, change or remove features, rebalance it, or pause it for maintenance. We work to keep it running but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. If we decide to shut the game down, we will announce it in the game or on this website at least 30 days in advance.
9. Ending this agreement
You can stop playing and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, or when the law requires it. When the game shuts down or your account is closed, your licence to use the game and its virtual items ends.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Within those limits, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, or for the loss of virtual items that have no value outside the game.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer living in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts of that country. Before going to court, please write to us: most problems are solved by email.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the game or the law changes. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the game or on this website before they apply. If you do not agree, you can stop playing and delete your account; if you keep playing after the change, the new terms apply.
Termini di servizio
Ultimo aggiornamento: 16 ottobre 2026
Contatto: [email protected]. Giocando accetti questi termini. Come trattiamo i tuoi dati lo spiega l'informativa privacy.
6. Gioco leale
Non è consentito:
- usare trucchi, hack, client modificati, bot, macro, script o qualsiasi automazione per giocare;
- sfruttare i bug: segnalaceli;
- accedere ai nostri server o alle API senza passare dal gioco, sovraccaricarli o cercare di leggere i dati di altri giocatori;
- creare più account per avvantaggiarti in razzie, gilde, regali o classifiche;
- comprare, vendere o scambiare account od oggetti per denaro reale;
- molestare altri giocatori.
12. Modifiche a questi termini
